Mechanical Installation

Confirm that the machine provides sufficient straight clearance for the 318 mm rigid stem and adequate space for a gradual transition into the flexible capillary. Do not force the capillary into a tight radius to compensate for an incorrect stem length. The process must be cooled and depressurized before removal, and the mounting bore must be checked for hardened polymer or thread damage.

Electrical Integration

The 4–20 mA pressure loop and Type J thermocouple are independent measurement circuits. Verify loop polarity, supply voltage, shielding, thermocouple polarity and cold-junction compensation.
