Brief Description:

Ceramic fiber modules are a revolutionary high-temperature insulation system that perfectly combines the excellent performance of ceramic fibers with the advantages of modular installation. This prefabricated refractory unit uses a special folding process and is combined with heat-resistant steel anchors to form a complete furnace lining system that can be put into use immediately after installation. The multi-layer fiber structure inside the module forms an efficient thermal insulation barrier, and the back temperature can be kept within a safe range when the hot surface temperature can reach 1430°C. The ceramic fiber module system has excellent engineering adaptability and can be designed into various specifications according to the furnace type to achieve precise installation of complex curved parts.

The module with anchor is the standard module, without anchor is folded block.
Since the fiber module keeps a certain volume of compression when it is made. After the completion of installation, due to its own expansion, the furnace lining will be no gaps between each other, it improves the insulation performance of the furnace lining.
