Brief Description:

Ceramic fiber module is a high-efficiency refractory insulation component made of high-quality ceramic fiber blanket through a special folding and compression process. It can be quickly installed on the inner wall of industrial furnaces through a prefabricated anchoring system. This modular design combines the excellent high temperature resistance and convenient construction characteristics of ceramic fiber, and the long-term use temperature can reach 900-1350℃. The unique folding structure inside the module enables it to expand evenly at high temperatures, forming a seamless integral lining, effectively preventing heat loss and improving thermal efficiency. Ceramic fiber modules have extremely low thermal conductivity and heat capacity, which can significantly reduce the heat storage loss of the furnace body, achieve rapid heating and precise temperature control.

The module with anchor is the standard module, without anchor is folded block.
Since the fiber module keeps a certain volume of compression when it is made. After the completion of installation, due to its own expansion, the furnace lining will be no gaps between each other, it improves the insulation performance of the furnace lining.
