They offer a temperature coefficient as low as 100ppm/C within the range of -25C to +125C and a maximum achievable precision of 0.1%. The typical voltage coefficient is as low as 0.01ppm/V, indicating excellent stability under high voltage conditions. Each resistor undergoes 100% high-voltage testing before shipment to ensure performance.
