Cr20Ni35 resistance strip is a nickel-chromium alloy engineered for moderate-temperature applications requiring a balance of oxidation resistance, mechanical strength, and cost-effectiveness. Composed of 34–37% nickel19–21% chromium, and balanced iron, this alloy forms a protective chromium oxide (Cr₂O₃) layer at temperatures up to 1,050°C (1,922°F), ensuring reliable performance in oxidizing and mildly corrosive environments. Its optimized nickel content reduces material costs while maintaining robust resistance to scaling and thermal fatigue, making it ideal for industrial furnaces, household appliances, and automotive heating systems.

Certified to ASTM B344 and GB/T 1234 standards, Cr20Ni35 strip achieves a tensile strength of 550–700 MPa and elongation ≥30%, offering superior durability compared to conventional iron-chromium alloys. With an electrical resistivity of 1.05 µΩ·m and a low temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR), it ensures stable energy output in air or controlled atmospheres, delivering consistent performance for cost-sensitive thermal applications.
