The Qiaosen ST Series Open-front Single-point Deep Throat Power Press is a high-rigidity C-frame pneumatic precision stamping machine. Manufactured in strict accordance with JIS-1 Japanese precision standard, this series features customizable extended throat depth to solve core processing difficulties such as far-edge punching, bending, and shallow forming on large and long metal sheets. It is highly adaptable and can be perfectly matched with automatic feeding equipment to realize continuous and high-efficiency automated stamping production.

2.1 High-rigidity Stress-relieved Frame Adopts integral steel plate welding structure with secondary stress relief heat treatment and finite element structural optimization. It effectively reduces frame deflection and uplifting during high-load stamping, minimizes workpiece burrs and die wear, and greatly improves product consistency and die service life. The three-sided open worktable provides ample space for die installation, sheet feeding and unloading.

2.2 Customizable Ultra-long Throat Depth Standard throat depth ranges from 155mm to 700mm, and the maximum customized throat depth can reach 1500mm. It specially solves the problem of insufficient processing distance of ordinary presses, meeting the stamping requirements of long-size plates, off-edge punching and special-shaped processing.

2.3 High-precision Six-face Guide Rail The slide adopts two-corner six-face guide structure. The guide surface is processed by high-frequency quenching (HRC≥45) and precision grinding, with flatness controlled within 0.01mm/m. The guide rail features high wear resistance and long-term stable precision, ensuring no offset during high-speed continuous stamping.

2.4 High-strength Transmission Components The crankshaft is made of 42CrMo forged alloy steel, which has higher tensile strength and fatigue resistance than ordinary 45# steel. The bushing adopts ZQSn10-1 tin phosphor bronze, with excellent wear resistance and anti-seizure performance, suitable for long-term uninterrupted heavy-duty production.

The equipment reserves standard automation interfaces, which can be directly connected with decoilers, 2-in-1 straightener feeders and servo feeders to form a fully automatic stamping production line, realizing continuous processing of coil materials and large plates.

Calculate the actual stamping force of the workpiece. It is recommended to reserve a 1.2–1.5 times safety margin for the machine tonnage. Avoid long-term full-load operation. For thick plate punching, drawing and bending processes, the safety margin shall be increased to 1.5–2 times to ensure stable production.

Throat depth refers to the vertical distance from the frame inner wall to the slide center, which determines the maximum distance of off-edge processing. Selection rule: Workpiece maximum processing distance + 50~100mm safety margin = final selected throat depth. Note: Within the same tonnage, the larger the throat depth, the relatively lower the overall rigidity. Appropriately reduce the actual stamping tonnage for super-long throat depth models.

Ensure the mold outline and maximum processing sheet width are smaller than the worktable size. Reserve sufficient space for pressing plate installation. For automated production lines, match the worktable length with the feeder feeding range.

Standard stroke for conventional punching; extended stroke for bending and shallow drawing. For automated line matching, the stroke frequency must be synchronized with the feeder speed. Servo models support adjustable stamping speed, which is more suitable for precision forming and louver processing.

The total height of the mold must be within the adjustable range of the machine’s maximum and minimum die height. Excessively high molds cannot be installed, and excessively low molds requiring thick gaskets will affect stamping accuracy.

For automatic line production, confirm in advance electric die adjustment, balance cylinder, PLC control interface and signal output to match decoiler, straightener and servo feeder supporting operation.

Remarks: Tonnage 25‑400Ton, throat depth 155‑1500mm available for non‑standard customization.
