Sodium Alginate for Textile Printing — available in various viscosities upon request. A high-viscosity reactive dye thickener supplied directly from the manufacturer.
Sodium alginate is a natural high-molecular-weight polysaccharide extracted from brown seaweed. With excellent thickening, water-retention, film-forming and rheology-control properties, it is widely used in textile printing and dyeing as the paste thickener for reactive dye printing and color pastes.
This high-viscosity textile auxiliary dissolves quickly, forms a smooth uniform paste with fast deaeration, reduces printing bleeding, improves outline clarity, and enhances color yield and brightness. It can be compounded with various thickeners and is suitable for reactive dye printing of cotton, linen and blended fabrics.
The product is supplied directly from the manufacturer, with consistent batch quality and timely delivery. Technical guidance and customized viscosity grades are available.
Application note: The optimal dosage and process parameters should be determined through sample trial printing, taking into account the equipment, dyes, fabric and target paste viscosity.
