Our textile printing grade sodium alginate is a natural polysaccharide thickener specially developed for reactive dye printing in textile industry. Extracted from high-quality brown seaweed, it features excellent thickening property, good pseudoplasticity, outstanding film-forming ability and low ash content. It helps achieve bright color, clear outline and stable printing paste for cotton, viscose and blended fabrics.
Our textile grade sodium alginate has low reactivity with reactive dyes, avoiding chemical reaction between thickener and dyestuff. The printing paste stays stable during continuous printing. After washing, the alginate can be easily removed from fabric, leaving soft hand feel without hardening. Strict viscosity and impurity control are implemented for every batch to guarantee consistent printing performance for textile factories.
