How do you prevent "Part Sag" when moving 4-meter long thin-gauge panels?
We use Counter-Balanced EOAT. The gripper is designed with a structural "spine" that supports the part at its natural deflection points. We also use the robot's 6th-axis (wrist) to slightly "pre-tilt" the part during high-speed moves to compensate for aerodynamic lift.
Can the system be adapted for Hot Stamping / Press Hardening?
