A: Yes. We utilize Horizontal-Entry Kinematics and can mount robots on specialized low-profile pedestals or angled brackets. By optimizing the "Elbow" position of the ABB arm, we can operate high-speed transfers in height-restricted environments.
Q: Can you build a line that handles both 1mm foil and 10mm steel plate?
A: Absolutely. This requires a Multi-Logic EOAT. We design a gripper that carries both high-sensitivity vacuum arrays (for foil) and high-power electromagnets (for heavy plate). The robot identifies the material and activates the appropriate gripping circuit automatically.
Q: How do you handle "Future-Proofing" in a custom build?
