MOBILE ENERGY STORAGE & EV CHARGING
Flexible temporary power with grid-forming capability
500 kW AC | 964.608 kWh LFP | 4 × 120 kW EV outputs
Vehicle-mounted LFP storage with 500 kW AC output, 964.608 kWh battery energy and four 120 kW EV charging outputs. Grid-forming PCS, liquid cooling and multi-vehicle parallel operation support temporary power projects.
Model: YT-Mobile ESS-964kWh. YINTU is an energy storage solution provider. We work with capable manufacturing partners to match mobile battery equipment, charging interfaces and project requirements, and coordinate technical clarification and the agreed supply scope.

Bring a defined power source to a temporary work area or planned backup location. The 964.608 kWh nominal battery provides an energy reserve that can be matched to the load schedule and available recharge window.
Offer mobile charging access where compatible vehicles need energy and a permanent charger is unavailable or being upgraded. Connector standards, vehicle charging curves and shared output allocation are selected for the project.
The specified grid-forming capability supports an engineered local power system. Multi-vehicle parallel operation offers a route to coordinate more than one unit where compatible controls, protection and connection arrangements are provided.
Automotive-grade liquid cooling manages battery thermal conditions during deployment. IP54 energy-storage protection and C4 corrosion protection provide defined enclosure specifications for site selection.

Application concept and series vehicle illustration. Final vehicle configuration may vary.
Position the unit near temporary distribution boards to supply selected construction loads, site offices, lighting or pumps. Its stored energy can cover a planned work period while the site waits for a permanent connection or operates beyond an existing connection limit. Assess motor starting demand, load sequencing and recharge opportunities when defining the operating plan.
Move the unit to an industrial or commercial facility during scheduled electrical maintenance or a local supply interruption. A prepared transfer and isolation arrangement enables the selected loads to be served from storage. The datasheet does not specify transfer time, so a mobile deployment should not be described as guaranteed uninterrupted UPS service.
Use the four 120 kW outputs for compatible EVs at a temporary depot, service area or fleet support point. This adds charging access without relying solely on permanent charger installation at the point of use. Daily charging demand and the vehicle recharge schedule determine the practical service plan.
Grid-forming PCS capability is relevant to a temporary local AC network with selected loads. Multiple vehicles can be considered for a coordinated installation; any generator or renewable source requires a compatible electrical and control design.
The vehicle can be recharged from a compatible 400 V AC supply or through its specified DC charging inlets. Stored battery energy is delivered through the configured AC, battery-DC or EV fast-charging interfaces. Input ratings and output ratings describe different functions. AC power and the individual EV connector ratings must not be added together as a guaranteed simultaneous output; power sharing is confirmed for the selected configuration.

The diagram explains functional interfaces, not an installation wiring plan. Battery-DC connection voltage and protection must match compatible equipment. Solar or generator integration is a separately engineered project interface; direct PV-string input is not specified.

The optional 500 kVA isolation transformer is specified for 100% three-phase load imbalance and sensitive equipment. Confirm the transformer selection and complete load characteristics for the project.
Technical values follow the supplied model datasheet and are subject to final configuration confirmation. Product photographs are series illustrations; application images are illustrative concepts. The source lists 6,058 × 2,438 × 2,591 mm (L × W × H); whether this describes the ESS body or the complete vehicle must be confirmed before transport planning.
Define the load profile, operating duration, motor starting demand, EV connector standard, recharge access and deployment route. Confirm earthing, protection, cable ratings, transfer arrangements and safe placement before operation. Vehicle chassis, payload, axle loading, road approvals, external cables and commissioning responsibilities are agreed for the destination.
Environmental limits describe the equipment operating envelope, not full output at every condition. Confirm thermal management, altitude derating and the available charging supply for the intended duty. Price, lead time, warranty, certification documents and packing are confirmed in the written project proposal.
Runtime depends on usable battery energy divided by the actual average load, with conversion losses, auxiliaries and the required reserve included. A load profile gives a more useful estimate than a single nameplate power figure.
The datasheet lists interface ratings separately. Simultaneous AC and DC output, connector power sharing and charging limits must be confirmed for the selected control configuration and connected vehicles.
Confirm the final vehicle or carrier, complete dimensions and mass, payload, route, road documentation and destination electrical requirements. The series image and ESS specifications do not establish road approval for a particular country.
Share the country, required AC power, daily energy demand, EV types and connector standard, recharge availability and expected deployment route. YINTU will help match the mobile storage configuration and coordinate equipment documentation and a project-specific quotation.
