MOBILE ENERGY STORAGE | DC CHARGING | AC POWER
Mobile LiFePO4 storage with 261 kWh energy, 2 x 80 kW DC charging guns and a 250 kW AC PCS. Integrates battery, BMS, PCS, charger and EMS for temporary fleet charging, construction equipment and selected AC backup loads.
Bring stored energy closer to the job with a compact mobile BESS and charging station. The 261 kWh platform combines two 80 kW DC charging guns with a 250 kW AC PCS, giving contractors and service operators a practical choice of vehicle charging or temporary AC supply from one equipment package.
YINTU is an energy storage solution provider. We work with capable manufacturing partners to match mobile equipment, charging interfaces and site requirements, and coordinate technical clarification and the agreed project supply scope.
The integrated charger provides 2 x 80 kW rated charging outlets across a stated 200-1000 V DC output range. Select compatible connectors and communication protocols for the intended vehicles. Actual charging power follows vehicle voltage, current limits, battery state and operating conditions.
The integrated PCS provides a 250 kW AC rating at 230/400 V and 50/60 Hz. It supports energy conversion and selected AC supply duties alongside the dedicated DC charging system. AC PCS and DC charging ratings describe separate functions and must not be added together as a guaranteed simultaneous output.
LiFePO4 batteries, BMS, PCS, charger and EMS are combined in one mobile equipment platform. BMS and EMS coordination supports operating supervision while the project design defines energy reserve, load priorities and permitted power allocation.
Liquid cooling manages the battery compartment and air cooling serves the electrical compartment. IP54 protection, C4 corrosion grade and aerosol fire protection provide a defined equipment specification for outdoor site selection and operating planning.
Dispatch the system to a temporary vehicle stop, service area or worksite where a fixed charger is unavailable. Two 80 kW charging guns provide defined outlets for compatible vehicles; the deployment schedule accounts for vehicle arrival times and the available battery reserve.
Bring charging to compatible electric loaders and excavators near the active work area. Moving the energy source with the work front can reduce the need to return equipment to a distant charging point. Select connector standards and operating clearances for the machinery involved.
Supplement charging for compatible sanitation and transport vehicles at temporary stops or satellite depots. The 261 kWh reserve can be allocated to selected vehicles and daily service priorities while the main depot charging network is expanded or unavailable.
Position the mobile system at a planned staging point for compatible road machinery or lifting equipment. Site planners can coordinate charging breaks with machine duty cycles, keeping the charging location flexible as the project progresses.
The 250 kW PCS can support selected AC loads at facilities during a supply interruption or planned maintenance. Define the load priorities, reserve target and transfer arrangement in advance so the equipment is ready for deployment.
Use one integrated storage and conversion package for short-term site power and vehicle charging requirements. The approximately 3.5 t equipment weight and stated equipment dimensions help the project team assess handling, placement and transport requirements.
A compatible grid connection allows the PCS to charge the battery under the approved operating arrangement. Stored DC energy serves the integrated DC charger for compatible vehicles or passes through the PCS to supply selected AC loads. EMS and BMS coordination manages the system within its configured limits.
For a planned AC backup installation, the source selection, STS and protection arrangement coordinates grid supply, any standby source and the PCS. The datasheet specifies a grid-to-off-grid STS switching time below 10 ms; the final project design determines which loads and transfer functions are included.

Share the vehicle types, charging protocol, connector standard, daily energy demand, charging windows and available recharge supply. For AC duties, include load power, starting demand, required operating duration and transfer requirements. YINTU coordinates equipment selection and technical review with the manufacturing partner.
The quotation defines the storage system, charging interfaces, cables, transfer equipment, trailer or chassis, and any commissioning services included. Destination-specific certification, warranty, pricing, delivery and payment terms are confirmed for the selected configuration.
This model has 160 kW total rated DC charging power, provided through 2 x 80 kW charging guns. The AC PCS rating is 250 kW. These ratings are separate and do not establish a combined simultaneous output.
Compatible electric passenger, commercial or construction vehicles may be considered after checking connector type, communication protocol and voltage/current limits. No universal connector standard is specified in this datasheet.
The nominal battery energy is 261 kWh. Practical charging throughput and AC runtime depend on usable battery limits, reserve, conversion and auxiliary losses, temperature and the actual vehicle or load demand.
The datasheet includes off-grid PCS ratings and STS transfer performance. The supported loads, reserve, earthing, isolation and switching arrangement are established in the project design.
The product image shows a mobile configuration. Equipment dimensions and weight are stated separately; trailer/chassis scope and the final transport configuration are confirmed in the quotation.
Send YINTU your fleet or equipment list, daily energy requirement and deployment plan. We will coordinate a suitable mobile storage configuration, charging interface selection and a clear supply proposal.
